About
Meet Brad.
I’ve spent most of my life making mistakes, messing up and getting into trouble. It seemed like I’d always find myself in a tight spot. Maybe that’s why I started this site. I’ve always wanted to better myself.
So I’ve spent the better part of the last couple years reading whatever self-help garbage I could get my hands on. Of course I don’t mean any offense, not all of it is garbage, a lot of it has been very helpful to a lot of people. But it’s like one of my favorite comedians George Carlin said, “There’s no such thing as self-help, if you did it yourself you didn’t need any help.”
Once I decided enough was enough, I started taking control of my life. Physically and emotionally.
Life.
I grew up in small town Indiana. Graduated high school and went immediately into the Military. It wasn’t right for me, but I thought I wanted money for college and I stuck with it. I got my honorable discharge in 2005 and started going to school. I still didn’t know what I wanted to do with myself. I dropped out of college and starting clinging to one bad relationship after another. After my engagement broke off I decided enough was enough and it was time to get things right. I discovered that the world is what you make it. That like attracts like.
I live in Tallahassee, Florida now and although I don’t live in an expensive place I have a golf course out my front door and most days the sun is shining.

Katy and me
I’ve been blessed with some truly wonderful friends to surround myself with and that helps you get back on track with the quickness. Pictured are a couple long time friends, but there are so many people who are really important to me.
I love live music and more than likely if there’s some good local music going on, I’m going to be there. Music can be a huge inspiration in your life, let ‘em Jim.
And.
Most important of all… Don’t forget to have fun!
Comedy is so important to me. I get a big kick outta making people laugh and keeping company with the ones that make me laugh. Hey, if you take yourself too seriously how are you ever going make in such a crazy place and time?

Hi Brad,

Thank you. All you have to do is subscribe in the left hand column on the site.
You’re full of optimism and I like how you like comedy, music, living healthy, and appreciating simple joys (which basically mean big joys because they are important in loving life everyday).
Cheers!
Thanks I appreciate that.
Thanks for the like! I’m liking the recipe section on this site.
You’re welcome. The articles I read were really good. And there will be a lot more recipes coming soon!
