Laughter is the Best Medicine

You can’t always take yourself so seriously.

That is something you will truly have to learn or believe (if you don’t already) before you can really accept help. You must be able to laugh and humble yourself to open up and reap the rewards.

Here’s a little video from one of my favorite late night shows, Craig Ferguson on CBS, cracking on self-help books. Now I’ve read plenty of self-help books and I know a lot of them can and have been very effective.  But hey let’s laugh a little.

Remember to laugh at yourself every now and them, it keeps you real.
