I read a great article on “Inspirational Health Quotes” today that got me thinking about just how important it is for me, or you, or anybody for that matter to be in the right state of mind.  Our state of mind can sub-consciencely dominate the outcome of our physical beings.

In the article was this great quote:

“You will never be greater than the thoughts that dominate your mind” – Napoleon Hill

This quote made me think of another great quote that’s been dominating my mind lately:

“All that we are is the result of what we have thought. If a man speaks or acts with an evil thought, pain follows him. If a man speaks or acts with a pure thought, happiness follows him, like a shadow that never leaves.” ~Buddha

Actually made a little reminder of this one and put it up on the wall. See here.

Great Article.
